Job Summary
Paid internship in Clinical Operations supporting clinical trial activities, maintaining regulatory documents and study trackers, assisting with retrospective data analysis, and preparing materials for internal meetings; will gain exposure to clinical trial workflows and GCP-compliant processes, with cross-functional coordination, project support, and basic administrative tasks in a hybrid SF Bay Area setting. Requires current undergraduate or associate-degree enrollment and strong communication skills, plus familiarity with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or associate degree program, preferably in biology, public health, health sciences, psychology, or a related field
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to be in our San Francisco office 4 hours per/week at a minimum
