Job Summary
Clinical Operations Analyst responsible for turning operational data into insights, building scalable reporting, and optimizing workflows across multi-market provider networks. The role focuses on reporting, data validation, process optimization, and workflow execution to support efficient and high-quality care delivery. You will build and maintain data accuracy across systems, identify trends and risks, monitor service levels, oversee incentivization schemes for a global provider network, and design scalable operational workflows. Collaboration across teams, documentation of SOPs, and bridging operational realities with product development to improve user and provider experiences are key responsibilities. Experience with Excel, operational dashboards, and familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Jira, or Zendesk are preferred, along with an analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Psychology, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer operations, project coordination, data analysis, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data validation, and reporting
- Experience with operational reports, dashboards, or data tracking processes
- Experience supporting process execution, operational workflows, or administrative operations
- Experience in digital health, SaaS, marketplace, or service-based environment preferred
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, Jira, Zendesk or similar operational platforms preferred
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize competing deadlines
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across functions
- Comfortable with the use of AI tools in daily tasks and workflows
