Job Summary
Clinical Oncology Specialist leading oncology diagnostics sales across Maine and New Hampshire. Develop and execute strategic territory plans, drive revenue growth, acquire new accounts while retaining and expanding existing ones, educate physicians and stakeholders, and build trusted relationships with Academic and Community cancer centers. Responsibilities include learning Natera products and reimbursement landscape, delivering sales strategies and marketing plans, managing ROI, developing KOLs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and negotiating laboratory services agreements. Requires strong communication, strategic thinking, autonomous execution in a startup-minded environment, and the ability to travel within the territory up to 75%. OTE package ranges from $195,000 to $225,000 with base salary plus commissions, car allowance, and RSUs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in Oncology or Diagnostic sales
- Travel up to 50% - 75% within territory
