Job Summary
Drive adoption and growth of Signatera, Natera's personalized molecular residual disease ctDNA assay, by building strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, academic medical centers, and community oncology practices. Engage Head & Neck oncologists and multidisciplinary care teams through consultative clinical discussions to support diagnostic adoption. Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify growth opportunities while maintaining accurate sales forecasts and customer insights. Achieve sales objectives within the Keystone Region, which includes Southeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, with a Philadelphia area preference. This role requires frequent travel throughout the assigned territory and overnight travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of successful medical sales experience
- Knowledge of the academic and community oncology landscape, including molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, and reimbursement
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight as needed
Desired Qualifications
- preferably within Head & Neck Oncology, Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine
- Experience calling on Radiation Oncologists, ENT/Otolaryngology physicians, Head & Neck Surgeons, Medical Oncologists, or other Head & Neck oncology stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership, business acumen, financial management, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence physicians, key opinion leaders, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute territory growth strategies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate complex clinical and scientific information effectively to diverse healthcare audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of oncology market dynamics, molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, and healthcare reimbursement
