Job Summary
Drive adoption of Signatera, Natera's personalized molecular residual disease ctDNA assay, by building strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, academic medical centers, and community oncology practices across Southern California, Arizona, and Colorado. Engage dermatologists, surgical oncologists, and multidisciplinary care teams through consultative clinical discussions to support diagnostics adoption while executing territory plans that identify growth opportunities and influence key stakeholders. Achieve sales objectives within the Southwest region, maintaining accurate forecasts and customer insights while ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This field-based role requires frequent overnight travel and offers an on-target earnings package of $195,000–$225,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of successful medical sales experience
- Knowledge of the academic and community oncology landscape, including molecular diagnostics, precision medicine, and reimbursement
- Ability and willingness to travel overnight as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience calling on Dermatologists, Mohs Surgeons, Surgical Oncologists, Dermatopathologists, Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, or other cutaneous oncology stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership, business acumen, financial management, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence physicians, key opinion leaders, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
