Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2 years of HR onboarding administration/training experience required
- HR experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Detail-oriented
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox)
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels
