Job Summary
Clinical Onboarding Specialist manages all aspects of onboarding from preboarding to client-facing care, collaborates across departments to ensure clinically relevant training materials, oversees new employee integration, conducts training sessions, and provides support to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date onboarding materials, auditing employee data for timeliness and completeness, and coordinating with recruiting, leadership, regulatory, and HR operations. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of HR onboarding/training experience; clinical setting experience is desirable. Proficiency with cloud-based tools (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and strong communication, confidentiality, and relationship-building skills are essential. Role supports a hybrid work model in some locations and remote work options, with background checks and compliance requirements mentioned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2 years of HR onboarding administration or training experience required
- HR experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Detail-oriented
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox)
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Hybrid work schedule for team members living within 45 minutes of a Charlie Health office
