Clinical Office Supervisor - RPN/RN

Clinical Office Supervisor with RN/RPN registration to oversee clinical care coordination, incident investigations, and documentation in collaboration with Clinical Supervisors, Care and Service Managers, and Operations Managers. Responsible for ensuring safe, ethical care provision, adherence to regulatory standards, and documentation per ParaMed policies. Leads staff in problem solving, health teaching, and building rapport with clients and families; manages APR tracking and submissions to funders, supports staff training, participates in on-call rotations, and contributes to the overall clinical governance of home health care in Ontario. Requires current RN/RPN registration, strong leadership and organizational skills, and knowledge of clinical documentation standards; CNO guidelines familiarity is essential. The role emphasizes collaboration, quality improvement, and adherence to regulatory requirements in a dynamic clinical environment.
