Job Summary
Provide direct care to patients requiring occupational therapy, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to target and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Collaborate within a supportive team environment with access to cutting-edge technology while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with sufficient experience) and state licensure/CPR certification required. Role with Encompass Health’s nationwide inpatient rehabilitation services, located in Alief, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master‘s Degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
