Job Summary
Clinical Observer role within Meritus Health's Nursing Services team. Provide constant one-to-one observation and personal care for patients requiring individualized support; assist with daily living needs (bathing, oral care, mobility, nutrition, elimination); document patient interactions and observations; identify and report behavioral changes or safety concerns to nursing staff; maintain a hazard-free patient environment and follow safety protocols during transport; support nursing assistants and serve as a preceptor for new team members; requires BLS/CPR certification and the ability to sit in quiet observation for extended periods; evening full-time shifts with benefits and potential shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current BLS (CPR) certification required
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient safety
