Job Summary
Clinic Nutrition Supervisor to oversee delivery of resident-specific meals in a healthcare setting, ensuring dietary compliance and quality. Responsible for supervising tray line service, maintaining up-to-date dietary records and medical charting, supporting care planning and MDS documentation, ensuring sanitation and safety standards, and assisting with menu adjustments for individual dietary needs. Collaborates with the Director of Dining Services, Dietitians, and team members to meet dietary requirements and standards; participates in initiatives to enhance residents' dining experiences. Requires CDM preferred or ServeSafe Certification, healthcare food-service knowledge, supervisory experience, computer skills (Word, Excel), strong attention to detail, and proficiency in English for training and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- CDM preferred
- ServeSafe Certification
- Knowledge of special dietary requirements and food service in healthcare settings
- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage establishments
- Previous experience in clinical nutrition, diet therapy, or menu manipulation
- Computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must demonstrate the ability to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate and complete required tasks, including training and documentation.
