Job Summary
Clinical Nursing Instructor responsible for supervising and evaluating nursing students in clinical settings, teaching best practices in nursing care, ensuring policy and procedure compliance, providing timely feedback, and collaborating with academic leadership to implement curriculum; requires active RN license in Florida or a compact state, 4+ years of RN clinical experience, and ASN credentials; position is on-site in Boynton Beach, FL with responsibilities that include instruction, assessment, documentation, and professional collaboration.

- Education / Experience / Knowledge
- Unencumbered Florida or Compact State RN License required
- Minimum 4 years clinical experience as an RN required
- Minimum of an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience in clinical instruction, preceptorship, or nursing education preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge in nursing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and foster student growth
- Proficiency with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct

- Must reside within commuting distance of Boynton Beach, Florida
- This is not a remote position; on-site presence at clinical locations is required
