Clinical Nursing Faculty (Part-Time) - Louisville/Bardstown

Part-Time Clinical Nursing Faculty member in Kentucky to mentor and teach nursing students in hands-on clinical instruction at Louisville/Bardstown clinical sites. The role involves guiding students through hands-on clinical instruction, mentoring and evaluating future nursing professionals, identifying academic or behavioral challenges and offering remediation, contributing to ongoing curriculum development and program improvement, maintaining professional growth, and participating in university events such as staff meetings, pinning ceremonies, and graduation. Flexible part-time scheduling with 1–2 clinical shifts per week per academic term. Requires an unencumbered RN license in Kentucky, a Masterfs degree in Nursing (BSN and MSN program considerations), and 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience; preferred 2–3 years of teaching experience; generous tuition reimbursement up to 50% for MSN pursuit. Locations are Louisville and Bardstown, KY; on-site clinical sites with in-person work coordination.
