Job Summary
Shape the future of nursing as a Part-Time Clinical Nursing Faculty member in Wisconsin. Join Joyce University to mentor and teach nursing students through hands-on clinical instruction at Fond du Lac and Madison Area clinical sites. Responsibilities include guiding students in clinical settings, mentoring and evaluating future nurses, identifying academic or behavioral challenges and offering remediation, contributing to curriculum development, staying current with best practices, and participating in university events such as staff meetings, pinning ceremonies, and graduation. Flexible part-time scheduling with opportunities like generous tuition reimbursement up to 50% to pursue an MSN. Requires an unencumbered WI RN license, a Master’s in Nursing, and 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience; teaching experience and weekend availability preferred.
Required Qualifications
- RN license (unencumbered) in the State of Wisconsin
- Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN and either in an MSN program or willing to begin one also considered)
- 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Saturday and/or Sunday Availability
