Job Summary
Responsibilities include providing clinical instruction through lectures, lab sessions, and testing while ensuring student safety and discipline. Faculty will assess student progress, maintain confidentiality, and follow clinical site policies. Applicants must hold a master’s degree in Nursing and have a current RN license. A minimum of two years of full-time clinical experience and strong communication and teaching skills are essential for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited educational institution required
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in the State in which the program is licensed
- Minimum of two years full-time clinical experience as a registered nurse or advanced practice nurse
- Strong academic and professional record
- Strong active-learning skills for effective instruction
- Experience in a student-centric and hands-on learning environment
- The highest levels of integrity at all times
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
