Clinical Nurses PACU Parkview Tower

Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for 44 beds in the Pre-op/post-op/PACU Parkview Tower. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to standards of nursing care. Requires RN license; Bachelor's degree preferred. 24-hour call rotation with 4x10s schedule.
