Clinical Nurse Women's Assessment Center (OB Triage)

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards; promotes patient- and family-centered care; educates patients and their families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration; participates in safety, quality and regulatory compliance, and professional development; develops, implements, and documents individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team; ensures effective communication of the plan of care across the continuum; role supports a safety-sensitive environment; position offers a career ladder with pay progression and a schedule that includes every third weekend and 12-hour call shifts.
