Clinical Nurse Trauma MedSurg

Provide direct patient care for trauma, geriatric trauma, and acute care surgery patients in a high-volume hospital setting. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care; educating patients and families on illness/injury management and post-treatment home care; ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team; evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs and facilitating effective communication across the continuum of care. Must hold RN licensure; nursing education includes Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree with preferred Bachelor’s degree; position is safety-sensitive.
