Clinical Nurse - Surgical & Wound

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within surgical and wound care guidelines. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating individuals on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and cultural preferences. Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Work full-time outpatient shifts Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with no weekends, holidays, or call.
