Clinical Nurse Surgical Ward

Clinical Nurse in the Surgical Ward provides exceptional patient care in an acute hospital setting, assessing and addressing clinical nursing issues while supervising within a multidisciplinary team. You will lead by example through communication, customer service and patient advocacy, and serve as CN in charge after hours and on weekends if rostered. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, prioritisation of ward workload, ongoing professional development, infection control, and compliance with vaccination and background-check requirements. A Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA registration and at least 3 years’ acute-hospital experience are strongly preferred.
