Clinical Nurse Surgical PCU (Saint Louis)

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for high-acuity post-operative patients recovering from abdominal transplants, hepatobiliary, ENT, plastic, orthopedic microsurgery, and trauma cases. Develop individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Educate patients and families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Provide direct patient care activities including physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessments within Magnet-certified standards.
