Clinical Nurse Supervisor - Stepdown Unit

Lead daily nursing operations and supervise clinical staff for the Intermediate Care/Stepdown unit, ensuring quality patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance. Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and resource utilization while coaching, mentoring, and evaluating nursing personnel. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement and operational excellence. Serve as the unit leader in the absence of the Director or Nurse Manager and provide direct patient care as needed within RN scope of practice. Full-time night shifts (7p-7a) with a sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
