Clinical Nurse Supervisor - Stepdown Unit

Provide leadership and operational oversight for an acute care stepdown unit, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Lead daily nursing operations, supervise clinical staff, manage staffing and workflow, and coach, mentor, and evaluate nursing personnel. In the absence of the Director or Nurse Manager, assume full responsibility for unit operations and provide direct patient care as needed. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance. Full-time night shifts (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) with 3-12-hour rotations. Requires current RN license, BSN preferred, and active ACLS and BLS certifications.
