Job Summary
Lead daily nursing operations and supervise clinical staff on the Intermediate Care/Stepdown unit, ensuring quality patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance. Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and resource utilization while coaching, mentoring, and evaluating nursing personnel. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement and operational excellence. Serve as unit leader in the absence of the Director or Nurse Manager and provide direct patient care as needed within RN scope of practice. Full-time night shifts (7p–7a) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state Registered Nurse license", "Current Basic Life Support certificate (BLS) upon hire and maintain current", "Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintain current", "Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience", "Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN)", "Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate", "Non-OB Facilities – NRP Required 90 days after hire and maintained", "Professional Certification within 2 years of hire
