Clinical Nurse Supervisor ($10k Sign-On Bonus)

Lead daily nursing operations and supervise clinical staff in the Intermediate Care/Stepdown unit, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and resource utilization while driving quality improvement and operational excellence. Coach, mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Serve as unit leader in the absence of the Director or Nurse Manager and provide direct patient care as needed within RN scope of practice. Maintain regulatory compliance and assume full operational responsibility when department leadership is unavailable. Full-time night shifts (7p–7a) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
