Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Specialist based in Melbourne on a fixed-term contract; deliver clinical education and training across Galderma’s Aesthetics portfolio; support HCPs with clinical training, product education, workshops and KOL-led events; mentor and collaborate with clinical trainers, KEEs and clinic teams to build confidence in safe, effective treatment delivery; provide clinical support at education sessions and forums; ensure education is practical, compliant and aligned to business priorities; strong emphasis on education, governance, and stakeholder collaboration to improve patient outcomes in dermatology and aesthetics.
Required Qualifications
- Current Division 1 Registered Nurse qualification
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in cosmetic injecting, dermatology, plastics or medical aesthetics
- Confidence delivering clinical education to HCPs
- Strong understanding of compliance, clinical governance and safe practice standards
