Clinical Nurse Specialist - NICU- F/T Day

Lead the NICU team in providing expert clinical practice, education, research, and consultation to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for premature and critically ill newborns. Develop policies, procedures, and standards of care while evaluating staff performance and coaching clinical practitioners. Serve as a change agent by fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and ethical decision-making across all hospital functions. This role requires a Master's degree in Nursing, three years of NICU experience, and a California Fire and Life Safety Card.
