Job Summary
Lead the NICU team in providing expert clinical practice, education, research, and consultation to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for premature and critically ill newborns. Develop policies, procedures, and standards of care while evaluating staff performance and coaching clinical practitioners. Serve as a change agent by fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and ethical decision-making across all hospital functions. This role requires a Master's degree in Nursing, three years of NICU experience, and a California Fire and Life Safety Card. Providence Holy Cross Medical Center's 18-bed Level III NICU delivers family-centered care using state-of-the-art technology in a supportive healing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
- 3 years clinical experience in a NICU equivalent to a Regional or Community Level Ill NICU
- Computer experience
