Job Summary
Develop clinical guidelines for high-risk patients through clinical pathways and conduct clinical research to assist staff in applying findings for improved patient outcomes. Monitor resource utilization to ensure appropriate levels and facilitate resolution of individual patient care variances. Serve as a role model of excellence, acting as a practitioner, educator, consultant, and change agent while ensuring hospital-wide policies align with recognized regulatory standards. Practice proper safety techniques and immediately report any equipment malfunctions or injuries. Requires a Master's Degree in Nursing with three years of clinical experience. Schedule is 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an Accredited College or University
- Minimum (3) years experience in clinical area
- Effective analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to educate others
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a positive change agent
