Clinical Nurse Special Care Nursey

Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care in a hospital setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualized care plans; promotes family-centered care, educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment home care, administers medications, and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role supports the BJC RN Career Ladder, offers professional development opportunities, and may cross-train to Postpartum; licensure must be obtained within 90 days of graduation to remain employed in the state of Missouri. Shift includes evening hours with every 3rd weekend rotation; NICU/Special Care Nursery and pediatric inpatient experience preferred. Benefits and tuition assistance are available.
