Clinical Nurse (R/N) - Theatre Scrub Orthopaedic and Neuro Experienced - Poni Theatre

Professional Nurse responsible for assessment, planning and implementation of individualized nursing care within a multidisciplinary team; coordinates patient care, acts as patient advocate, and communicates with families and health professionals. Performs rounds with physicians, develops and implements nursing care plans, maintains documentation, and ensures safe, high-quality care. Participates in policy and procedure development, quality and risk management, and ongoing education/training of nursing staff. Responsible for resource allocation, staff supervision, and maintaining safe practices while upholding Netcare’s values and standards.
