Clinical Nurse (R/N) - N52

Clinical Nurse provides assessment, planning and implementation of individualized, holistic nursing care, coordinates patient care within a multidisciplinary health team, and administers emergency treatment when indicated. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating emergencies within scope of practice, interviewing patients/families, developing and coordinating nursing care plans, rounds with physicians, communicating with unit management, contributing to policy and procedure development, ensuring a safe environment, optimizing quality nursing care within budget, facilitating education and training of staff and students, and fostering collaborative relationships across hospital departments. Proficient use of modern nursing care principles, patient advocacy, and active participation in risk management and quality initiatives are expected.
