Clinical Nurse Pre-op/post-op/PACU

Provide direct patient care in pre-op/post-op/PACU with responsibilities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within established standards. Promote patient and family-centered care, educate patients and families on post-treatment home care and medications, and collaborate with an interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans. Maintain patient safety and quality through ongoing evaluation and professional development; participate in activities that support compliance and nursing excellence. Work within Missouri Baptist Medical Center's Surgical Services with 22 operating rooms, leveraging the BJC RN Career Ladder to advance within a Magnet-designated facility renowned for nursing excellence and multidisciplinary collaboration.
