Conduct family-centered care, examining, diagnosing, and prescribing treatments for neonates through post-menopausal patients. Perform or order tests and procedures using medical instruments, while referring to specialists and communicating with primary physicians. Provide patient and family education, maintain medical records and charge documents, and adhere to infection control and safety standards. Utilize the Clinical Information System and participate in performance improvement activities. Work full-time (20+ hours/week) with overtime as required, maintaining regular attendance.
