Clinical Nurse Practitioner

Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations, then diagnose, treat, manage, and discharge patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric. Provide counsel and medical treatment while educating patients on overall wellness and health maintenance. Develop and implement primary care arms for both onsite and telemed clinics, creating patient management plans and completing chart notes within 48 hours. Work with HR, Operations, and Billing to ensure smooth execution of clinical initiatives, relay business development suggestions to leadership, and maintain a safe, clean work environment as an integral team member.
