Clinical Nurse - Physician Access Line

Provides direct patient care activities for pediatric patients in the Physician Access Line, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Supports coordination of admissions, consults, and information flow via a 24/7 hybrid role with 7pm-3am and 11pm-7am shifts, rotating weekends and holidays. Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educates families on post-treatment care and medications, and collaborates with an interprofessional team. Follows the BJC Nursing Career Ladder framework and participates in professional development; role requires RN license and Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree with at least 2 years of pediatric ICU or ED nursing experience; BSN is preferred.
