Clinical Nurse Phase I PACU

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for neuro, transplant, ortho, ENT, cardio, vascular, thoracic, trauma, and spine patients within standards of nursing care. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration. Participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while developing individual plans of care with the interprofessional team. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences. Requires RN with Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred. No experience required.
