Clinical Nurse Phase I PACU

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for neuro, transplant, ortho, ENT, cardio, vascular, thoracic, trauma, and spine patients in a 90-bed PACU. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences. This safety-sensitive role requires a constant state of alertness, with critical care experience preferred.
