Clinical Nurse - Pediatric Operating Room (Neuro Service Area) (Saint Louis)

Provide direct patient care in the Pediatric Neuro Operating Room, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing standards. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences, to tailor care effectively. Work three 12-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts starting at 6:45 AM with on-call and holiday rotation. Requires RN license and at least one year of OR nursing experience; BSN and prior Neuro OR experience preferred.
