Clinical Nurse - Pediatric Operating Room

Conduct direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the Pediatric Operating Room. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while maintaining a constant state of alertness in this safety-sensitive position. Full-time employment with three 12-hour or four 10-hour shifts starting at 6:45 am, including on-call and holiday rotation.
