Clinical Nurse - Pediatric Float Pool (Saint Louis)

Deliver exceptional care across specialized units including ICUs and ERs within the Pediatric Float Pool. Provide direct patient care activities involving assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Educate patients and families on illness management, injury prevention, and post-treatment home care needs. Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals. Participate in professional development and activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Work 24 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts with every third weekend off, with holiday commitments as required by the Department. Requires a current RN license and at least two years of acute care experience.
