Clinical Nurse Part time Nights

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of nursing care. Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment and educates patients and families on managing illness or injury and post-treatment needs. Participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and in professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patient, family or caregiver, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess and address physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and population-specific needs. This is a safety-sensitive, part-time night shift position at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital in Saint Peters, MO.
