Clinical Nurse - Part time Nights

Direct patient care providing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards. Promote patient and family-centered care, educate patients and families on illness/injury management and post-treatment home care, ensure patient safety and quality compliance, participate in professional development, develop and document individual care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team, and communicate plans of care across the continuum. The role is part-time, night shift with every 4th weekend requirements; safety-sensitive position within a multidisciplinary team caring for Orthopedic/Spine/Urological/Plastic Surgery post-operative patients on the 2100 Inpatient Unit.
