Clinical Nurse - Pain Management Clinic

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for chronic pain conditions, including administering medications and educating patients and families on home care needs. Develop individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with no weekends, holidays, or call. Requires RN licensure and at least one year of experience; ADN, BSN, or MSN preferred.
