Clinical Nurse Operating Room Outpatient Surgery Center

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the outpatient surgery center operating rooms and GI procedure rooms. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develop and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences. Work 4/10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with no call, holidays, or weekends.
