Job Summary
Provides direct patient care in the operating room including scrub and circulate, assesses and plans care in collaboration with the interprofessional team, educates patients and families on post-treatment needs and medications, participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and supports career progression through the BJC RN Career Ladder. Role involves shift options (4-10s or 5-8s) with call requirements (one overnight call and one 3P-7P per week, plus one weekend call every six weeks); Cardiothoracic or cath lab experience preferred; Magnet-designated facility with opportunities for growth and professional development.

- Licenses & Certifications: RN
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Experience: No Experience; <2 years preferred
