Clinical Nurse Neuro Interventional Radiology

Direct patient care activities following nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promote patient- and family-centered care, educate patients and families on illness/injury management and post-treatment needs, and ensure communication of the care plan across the care continuum. Participate in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; contribute to professional development; develop and document individualized care plans with the interprofessional team, patient, family, or caregiver. Utilize strong nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and address patient values, beliefs, and cultural considerations. This is a safety-sensitive nursing position.
