Clinical Nurse - Missouri Baptist Medical Center - Sign on Bonus Eligible

Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the standards of nursing care after completing a nursing program and before licensure. Will be required to obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation from an accredited school of nursing to remain employed in a hospital setting in Missouri. Responsibilities include educating patients and families on illness or injury management, using critical thinking to assess and evaluate patients’ physical, psychosocial and emotional needs, developing and implementing individual plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team, promoting patient- and family-centered care, monitoring patient response and modifying plans as needed, and participating in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This is a safety-sensitive position.
