Clinical Nurse Minimally Invasive PCU

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for post-operative and intermediate patients in a 28-bed Minimally Invasive PCU. Manage patients recovering from bariatric surgery, hernia repairs, mastectomies, and other minimally invasive procedures, including tracheostomy care and occasional medical overflow. Provide education on illness management, home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop individualized plans of care and ensure communication across the continuum. Work in a Magnet-certified hospital known for its Bariatric Center of Excellence, supported by strong leadership and dedicated mentorship.
