Clinical Nurse Med Surg Nights

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for a 16-bed medical, med surg/ortho unit while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Maintain a constant state of alertness in this safety-sensitive position, addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to nursing standards.
