Job Summary
Clinical Nurse Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility oversees nursing care delivery, staff management, care planning, regulatory compliance, and quality improvements. Leads nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), coordinates individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, ensures documentation and adherence to nursing standards, oversees medication management, and fosters a collaborative, compliant, and high-quality resident care environment. Requires active RN licensure; BSN preferred with ADN considered if experience is relevant. Requires ability to lead, mentor, manage staffing, and work shifts including weekends/holidays. Familiarity with EHR systems and knowledge of state/federal regulations governing long-term care are important.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred, but an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience may be considered.
